ecoh yuan spicy fish 一口袁大頭辣椒小魚
來自東海岸迴游的丁香魚、搭配傳統客家手工蘿蔔乾,
佐炒豆豉、朝天椒、蝦米、大辣椒、北港大蒜與神祕佐料,
袁大頭主廚使出數十年練家子絕頂翻炒功夫,
口感扎實,滋味濃郁不油膩,
這道招牌辣椒小魚,愈沉愈香,回味無窮,
配飯配麵配稀飯…好吃的沒話說!!
